If your background fits, we will set up a call to talk through your technical skills for the role. This is where we get to see how you think.

Next, we look at hands-on skills, plus the things that matter just as much: communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, client handling, and a genuine drive to keep learning.

Final Conversation

The last step is a relaxed conversation with our CEO, Parth Pandya, and Delivery Director, Mitesh Kadvani. It is a chance for both sides to make sure it is the right fit. We adapt the process to the role and the person.
